1. My child requires out of school hours childcare.Will working tax credits take this into consideration when working out my childcare costs?

A. Yes, you will be eligible for childcare costs if it is provided by the school, on school premises, or by the local authority for a child of any age up to 15 or, if disabled, 16.

2. I have received my new contract. There is little information regarding grievance/disciplinary procedures. Can you give me more information?

A. Yes, from 1st October, statutory disciplinary, dismissal and grievance procedures will be introduce for the first time. If you wish more information please contact us.

1. Will my child qualify for the Child Trust Fund (baby bonds)?

A. All children born on or after 1 September 2002 for whom child benefit has been awarded will be eligible. Payments will begin in April 2005 but parents eligible will start receiving information packs and vouchers from January 2005.
